The present invention relates to a micro napping fabric and a method of manufacturing the same capable of maximizing a surface area of the fabric by performing micro napping on a nanofiber, and being adapted to various fields ranging from clothes to medical fields due to excellent flexibility and sense of touch thereof. Also, the nanofiber may further be improved in quality to expand the usage thereof. According to the present invention, the micro napping fabric includes a micro risen fluff having a length of about 1-100 μm on a surface of a nanofiber web having a diameter of about 1μm or less obtained by performing electrical-spinning a spinning solution obtained by dissolving formable polymer in an organic solvent.
