Base station, user device, and method used in mobile communication system

A base station used in a mobile communication system employing a single carrier scheme for uplink transmission is disclosed. An uplink system frequency band of the mobile communication system includes a first frequency band located at a low-frequency end of the uplink system frequency band and a second frequency band located at a high-frequency end of the uplink system frequency band. Multiple resource blocks are located with frequencies between the first frequency band and the second frequency band. The base station includes a scheduler configured to allocate the first frequency band or the second frequency band to an uplink control channel and to allocate at least one of the resource blocks to an uplink data channel. The base station further includes a receiving unit configured to receive the uplink control channel in the first frequency band or the second frequency band allocated by the scheduler and to receive the uplink data channel in the at least one of the resource blocks allocated by the scheduler.
