In various embodiments, a platform is provided for interactive user experiences. One or more tags may be associated with content. Each tag may correspond to at least one item represented in the content. Items represented in the content may include people, places, phrases, goods, services, etc. The platform may determine what information to associate with each tag in the one or more tags. One or more links between each tag in the one or more tags and determined information may be generated based on a set of business rules. Accordingly, links may be static or dynamic, in that they may change over time when predetermined criteria is satisfied. The links may be stored in a repository accessible consumers of the content such that selection of a tag in the one or more tags by the consumer of the content causes determined information associated with the tag to be presented to the consumer of the content. |
