<p>The present invention relates to a fixating bracket of a temperature detection unit for a gas range. More specifically, the fixating bracket, for firmly fixating a temperature detection unit for detecting the bottom temperature of a cooking instrument such as a pot put onto the top of a gas range burner, is devised to enhance assembly by being formed into a simple structure, while preventing the inflow of impurities such as food wastes. The fixating bracket of a temperature detection unit for a gas range according to the present invention includes: a temperature detection sensor (22) for detecting the bottom temperature of a cooking instrument (1) placed on a cooking support (13); and an upper body (21) having a spring (23) on the inside. The upper body (21) includes: a temperature detection unit (20) assembled on top of a fixated body (25) to become vertically movable by the elastic force of the spring (23); and a fixating bracket (30) coupled with the fixated body (25) of the temperature detection unit (20), while being joined to a support (15) of the gas range to make the temperature detection sensor (22) of the temperature detection unit (20) protrude upward from the cooking support (13).</p> |
