The present invention relates to a frying device which heats oil using a burner. According to an embodiment of the present invention, disclosed is a frying device comprising a body unit which includes a central pipe which crosses back and forth inside an oil container and a pair of side pipes which are separated to the right and left from the central pipe and arranged in parallel with the central pipe; front cover units which are coupled with the front side of the body unit and form a front space in front of each of the side pipes; a burner unit which is installed at a front entrance side of the central pipe; a rear cover unit which is coupled with the rear side of the body unit, forms a rear space through the rear end of the central pipe exposed from the rear side of the body unit and through the rear ends of the side pipes, and has an air discharge hole on one side; a pipe boundary member which divides the inside of each side pipe into a top path and a bottom path; and a rear boundary member which divides the inside of the rear space into an internal space in which the central pipe and the bottom paths are connected and an external space in which the bottom paths and the air discharge hole are connected. |
