1. A zero-heat-flux temperature device with first and second flexible substrate layers sandwiching a layer of thermally insulating material, comprising:
a heater trace disposed on the first substrate layer defining a heater surrounding a zone of the first substrate layer having no heater trace, a first thermal sensor disposed in the zone of the first substrate layer having no heater trace, a thermal sensor calibration device, a second thermal sensor disposed on the second substrate layer, a plurality of connection pads, and a plurality of conductive traces connecting the heater trace and the first and second thermal sensors with the plurality of connection pads. |
