The method comprises receiving, by at least one instantiation of a supervisory interface installed on a telecommunications component, a plurality of data streams associated with an application. The method further comprises associating, by the at least one instantiation of the supervisory interface, a first data stream with a first RAT available on the component and a second data stream with a second RAT available on the component.
