A device for automatic control of steel refining process in the CCM tundish comprises: a receiver connected to an inert gas system through a solenoid; a pressure sensor connected to a pressure gauge; a flowmeter; a unit for measurement of steel mass in the tundish and a power supply. It further comprises a unit for maintaining inert gas pressure in the receiver at a predetermined level, units for measurement of steel temperature in the tundish, separately for each of the zones of sprue cups into the molds, a multichannel microcontroller with a programmer and electronic switches, wherein the outputs of units for measurement of steel mass and temperature are connected to respective inputs of the microcontroller and its outputs via electronic switches are connected to respective solenoids in the circuit for supply of inert gas into the tundish tuyeres. |
