A method for selecting explants and obtaining an aceptic culture of the staghorn sumach (Rhus typhina L.) includes selecting lateral buds from a donor plant, obtaining aceptic culture thereof, selecting ingredients of nutrient media for morphogenesis and rhizogenesis in culture in vitro on the basic Murashige and Skoog medium. Shoots of 3-5 cm in length with several buds are used, and the sterilization is carried out in May with 70 % ethyl alcohol, a 0.2 % solution of mercurous chloride; the microclonal propagation is carried out on a medium, which has a halved composition of mineral salts, modified by growth regulators. |
