PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level controlling apparatus for a combine enabling the level control by manual operation even in the case of the failure of a potentiometer to detect the operation length of a lift cylinder of a level controlling apparatus. SOLUTION: The combine is provided with right and left traveling apparatuses 9, 9 independently liftable relative to the mobile body 1 with right and left lift cylinders 28, 28, right and left detection means 61, 62 to detect the operation lengths of the right and left lift cylinders 28, 28 and a manual inclination controlling means to keep the mobile body 1 to an arbitrary inclined posture based on the right and left detection means 61, 62 actuated by the right and left inclination command of the manual operation means 63, 64. In the case of the failure of the detection means 61, 62, the manual inclination control is carried out by operating the lift cylinder 28, 28 of the failed side for a prescribed period (t) by the right and left inclination command of the manual operation means 63, 64.
