Provided are a touchscreen panel and a touchscreen panel manufacturing method. The touchscreen panel includes: a substrate; first and second sensor electrodes alternatively arranged on the substrate; first connection electrodes which electrically connect the first sensor electrodes; an insulating layer which covers the first sensor electrodes connected by the first connection electrodes and the second sensor electrodes, and includes multiple openings which open a portion of each first sensor electrode; and second connection electrodes which electrically connect the second sensor electrodes through the openings. |
