APPARATUS FOR DRIVING IMAGE DATA PROCESS USING GLOBAL NAVIGATION SATELLITE SYSTEM

The present invention relates to an apparatus for processing driving image data using a global navigation satellite system (GNSS) to acquire time, position information and an image frame of a vehicle using only a driving image by including the time and the position information in the driving image of the vehicle. The apparatus includes: a time and position information extraction unit to extract integerized time and position information from GNSS data acquired from a GNSS data receiving unit; an image data receiving unit to receive an original image data; a frame information extraction unit to extract frame data from the original image data received from the image data receiving unit; and a data synchronization unit to output image data having the image and information synchronized by adding the intergerized time and position information to the frame information. Thus, time, position information and an image frame of a vehicle can be acquired by using only a driving image, and the image data, the time, and the position information can be acquired by simply extracting the driving image without performing a separate character recognition to extract the information (time and position information) included in the image.
