Each cleaning element stretches from the first head surface with a slanted orientation so that to radially deflect from the axis. In one implementation version the cleaning elements wall also stretches from the first head surface and surrounds multiple cleaning elements along the periphery. In another aspect the invention may represent a device to become embedded into the handle of an oral care appliance wherein the above arrangement of elements is implemented.
