Provided is a heating device using a condensing type solar cell comprising the following: a tracking part for tracking the position of the sun; a light collector including a condensing type solar cell for condensing sunlight by tracking the sun through the tracking part, and a solar heat absorbing device for absorbing heat generated from the condensing type solar cell by using cooling water to produce electricity; and a heating part for providing warm water and heating by using heat generated from the light collector. The cooling water used in the solar heat absorbing device is provided for the heating part.
