PURPOSE: An organic electro-luminescent device is provided to obtain uniform brightness and image by reducing the resistance of a first electrode through a connection pattern. CONSTITUTION: A first and a second substrate are face with each other. A driving thin-film transistor is formed on a single-side of the first substrate. A connection electrode(130) is formed on the first in order to be connected to a driving thin-film transistor. The first electrode(141) is formed on the single-side of the second substrate. A connection pattern(200) is formed on the first electrode. A buffer layer(151) is formed on the connection pattern. A barrier rip(153) is formed in the boundary of a pixel region. An organic light-emitting layer(143) and a second electrode(145) are formed on the whole surface of the second substrate including the buffer layer. |
