The purpose of the present invention is to provide a lift device which allows a user to easily and promptly operate to transport loads. To this end, a lift device transporting heavy loads of the present invention comprises a base which supports the entire weight of loads; a first rope which has one end in connection with the base and extends downwards; an actuator which is connected to the other end of the first rope and moves up and down toward the first rope by winding or releasing the first rope; an operating unit which moves with the actuator and transmits a signal to operate the actuator; a fixing unit which is attached in the lower part of the operating unit and where the loads are fixed. |
