The seating apparatus for a construction machine includes: a seat unit where a driver sits on; a support unit including a support body with a storage space closed by the seat unit and an opening showing the storage space at one side and including a door opening or closing the opening of one side on the support body; and a suspension unit which is coupled to the support unit to mitigate the shock applied to the seat unit and the support unit or adjusts the height of the seat unit and the support unit.
