The device (DD) has a pulser (PA) for supplying pulsated air to an inlet (EC) of a pipe (CD). The pipe includes an outlet (SC) feeding of the inlets (ESC1, ESC2) of sub-pipes (SC1, SC2). Diffusion tubes (BD1, BD2) are attached to outlets (SSC1, SSC2) of the sub-pipes. The tubes have openings to diffuse the pulsated air into predefined zones (Z1, Z2) located in vicinity of seat (SI) in homogeneous manner. Each opening is defined in a grid with honey comb structure of the tubes. Each sub-pipe has a main cross section formed in vicinity of the inlet and outlet.
