The present invention relates to a donor film for laser induced thermal transfer in which a base film, a photo-thermal conversion layer, and a protective layer are laminated in order. The thickness of the photo-thermal conversion layer is 1.0 to 2.0μm. In the composition of the photo-thermal conversion layer, the content of a photo-thermal conversion material is 20-60 parts by weight for every 100 parts by weight of binder resin. The donor film uniformly supplies transfer energy required for transferring a fluorescent layer material onto an acceptor substrate by solving a dispersion problem of the photo-thermal conversion layer. Therefore, an organic film pattern is formed by transferring a fluorescent layer onto the acceptor substrate using the donor film so that a uniform transfer is performed, and a pattern with improved surface roughness of the transferred fluorescent layer is formed. |
