PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid apparatus unit that is easily detached from and attached to an installation face.SOLUTION: The fluid apparatus unit comprises a main body part extending in a center axis direction, a base part 4 fixed to the installation face, and a coupling part 3 provided on one end of the main body part and detachably/attachably coupling the main body part to the base part 4. Any one of the base part 4 and the coupling part 3 has a first coupling member 3a whose radial cross section orthogonal to a center axis has an almost circular shape and whose diameter is first length D1. The other one of the base part 4 and the coupling part 3 has a first holding member 4c whose radial cross section has an almost circular shape and that surrounds and holds an outer periphery of the first coupling member 3a by an inner periphery. One part of the inner periphery of the first holding member 4c is opened in a radial direction, and opening width of an opening part 4g of the first holding member 4c that can be elastically deformed is smaller than the first length D1. |
