PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bias current circuit that controls an oscillator to generate a stable oscillation signal, and a semiconductor integrated circuit that includes such a bias current circuit and an oscillator.SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, provided is the bias current circuit that controls the oscillator for generating an oscillation signal of a frequency depending on an input current. A control section comprises: a detection section for detecting a fluctuation in a control current for variably controlling the frequency of the oscillation signal; and a cancellation section for canceling out a fluctuation component of the control current with a cancellation current for canceling out the detected fluctuation in the control current to generate the input current.
