The present invention relates to a non-woven fabric and a manufacturing method thereof. The non-woven fabric according to an embodiment of the present invention has one surface made of soft and superfine fibers and the other surface made of a Velcro fabric. The superfine fibers and the Velcro fabric are integrated with each other through a needle punching process. The present invention reduces manufacturing steps of the non-woven fabric to reduce time and costs, thereby enhancing the productivity of the manufacturing processes.
