PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain, by targeting a system using a silicone resin not adversely affecting merits of a silicone material having favorable transparency, heat resistance, and light resistance and silicone resin particulates whose refractive index matches that of the former, a technique yielding, in a case where a phosphor is included therein, a high precipitation inhibitory effect.SOLUTION: The provided silicone resin composition comprises: a silicone resin; and silicone particulates. The respective concentrations of acetate ions, chloride ions, ammonium ions, and alkali metal ions with respect to the solid content thereof are each 5 ppm or below. |
