PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wireless power feeding device capable of highly efficiently feeding power between power transmitting and receiving coils by regulating equivalent electrostatic capacitance of a variable capacitor to a desired magnitude.SOLUTION: The wireless power feeding device comprises a power receiving coil L2 and a variable capacitor C2. The variable capacitor C2 includes a first capacitor C2a and is formed by connecting the series connection of a second capacitor C2b and a switch 11 in parallel to the first capacitor C2a. Control means 6 to 10 are provided for detecting a terminal voltage Vd of the variable capacitor C2 and performing ON/OFF control on the switch 11 in such timing that the terminal voltages Vd in the cases where the switch 11 is turned on and turned off become equal, on the basis of a magnitude of the detected terminal voltage Vd.
