<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new method for manufacturing not only a new laver foodstuff which contains laver component as main ingredient and can be directly edible, having preserved laver flavor, but also a soft laver foodstuff for elderly persons; and a manufactured laver foodstuff.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a laver foodstuff comprises the steps of: manufacturing crushed laver by crushing raw material laver; manufacturing foamed egg white by foaming egg white; manufacturing a mixture of egg white and laver by mixing the foamed egg white with the crushed laver; and obtaining a molded product by feeding the mixture of egg white and laver between two sheets and removing foams included in the mixture of egg white and laver with a pressure roll and heating means.</p> |
