<p>The system has escape staircases and escape routes with escape doors that are provided on a boat deck (100) with tax and port-side arranged in lifeboats (203) and liferafts. The extendable or retractable rescue balconies (2) have a top (20) and a bottom (21) and are associated with rescue equipment across the longitudinal center axis of a passenger ship (1). The side walls (102) are extended or expanded to be on the top of boat deck for passengers and crew of ship. An additional emergency room (200) is provided before lifeboat and liferaft.</p>
