PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator capable of opening a door with light power by providing a hand hook portion on a door free end of the door.SOLUTION: A refrigerator comprises: a first recessed portion 10 provided in a lower end portion of a door 5 to be recessed toward a stockroom; a second recessed portion 11 for a hand hook portion provided to be recessed from the first recessed portion toward an upper portion of the door. The second recessed portion 11 is configured to be provided to be closer to a door free end opposite to the hinge portion 8 than a center line of the door in a width direction of the first recessed portion 10, and an inclined portion inclined upward toward the door free end is provided on the hinge portion side of a ceiling wall of the second recessed portion 11. By so configuring, a user can put a hand on the door free end of the door when opening the door, open the door with light power, and easily insert the hand into the second recessed portion that serves as a hand hook portion, thereby improving user-friendliness. |
