PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack device and a fuel battery device capable of reducing stresses acting upon a cell stack support plate and also capable of being manufactured easily.SOLUTION: The present invention comprises: a cell stack assembly created by arranging a plurality of cell stacks 12 with a prescribed space therebetween in such a way that fuel battery cells 10 are arrayed in parallel directions; a box-shaped gas tank body 16a having an opening in its top end part; and a cell stack support plate 16b for closing up the opening in the gas tank body 16a by joining the lower end parts of the cell stack assembly with an inorganic material while being sealed with gas. Here, a first gas tank 16 is configured by closing up the opening in the gas tank body 16a with the cell stack support plate 16b, and a support member 17 for holding the cell stack support plate 16b and a bottom plate 16a1 of the gas tank body 16a at a prescribed interval is disposed between the cell stacks 12. |
