<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an A/D conversion device that produces an accurate A/D conversion value.SOLUTION: An A/D conversion device 101 includes A/D converters 2A, 2B, an output selection circuit 54, a determination circuit (D/A converters 5A, 5B and analog comparators 6A, 6B) for determining whether or not each of the A/D converters 2A, 2B is normal, and an output controller 53. The controller controls the output selection circuit 54 on the basis of outputs (determination signals S1, S2) of the determination circuit such that the output selection circuit 54 selects a digital signal output from one of the A/D converters 2A, 2B which is determined to be normal by the determination circuit.</p> |
