PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane resin composition for a moisture-permeable waterproof material, which is excellent in all of moisture permeability, waterproofness, and washing resistance.SOLUTION: The polyurethane resin for moisture-permeable waterproof material is obtained by reacting a compound (S1) represented by the general formula (1) and having at least one active hydrogen atom and an active hydrogen component (A1) containing a diol (a1) having an ionic group with an organic polyisocyanate component (B).
