PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print data specifying method that does not degrade security with respect to a request for the print data of a user from a printer that does not take user information into account, by solving a problem in that a printer obtains a token for a printer (a token unrelated to a user) from an authentication service and a print job is requested with the printer token, and if a print service carries out generation of a print job by the authority of the printer token, the holder of the print data cannot be specified from the token.SOLUTION: With respect to a request for the print data of a user from a printer that does not take user information into account, adequacy is checked to determine whether to meet a request with a roll and an application ID for an approval token added to the request from the printer, and the print data of the user sent back to the printer is specified with a tenant ID, job ID, and printer ID. |
