The power train element (1) has coupling elements (3) for mechanical coupling of an internal combustion engine with a gear box (4), where the drive elements are arranged to the power train element for the transmission of torque. The drive elements are different from the coupling elements, over which the internal combustion engine is coupled with a drive unit. The drive elements are formed as balancing holes. The power train element is formed as a dual-mass flywheel, a driver disk , permanently sprinter starter or an integrated starter generator.
