摘要 <p>The device comprises a heatable immersion section, an external level sensor for the detection of dropping level below an actual minimum liquid level of the galvanic bath, an external temperature sensor for detection of a temperature of the galvanic bath, a tamper-proof, additional temperature sensor for detection of a temperature of the heatable immersion section, and an evaluation switch device. The evaluation switch device is configured for determination of a state of the galvanic bath by evaluation of the monitoring temperature of the immersion section. The device comprises a heatable immersion section, an external level sensor for the detection of dropping level of the galvanic bath below an actual minimum liquid level, an external temperature sensor for detection of a temperature of the galvanic bath, a tamper-proof, additional temperature sensor for detection of a temperature of the heatable immersion section, and an evaluation switch device. The evaluation switch device is configured for determination of a state of the galvanic bath by evaluation of the monitoring temperature of the immersion section. The device further comprises a head portion (2) to which the external temperature sensor and the external level sensor are releasably or fastenably attached, a resettable short-circuit switching unit, and a security switching unit. The external temperature sensor and the heated immersion section form a common assembly for providing defined distance between the external level sensor, the external temperature sensor, the heatable immersion section and the temperature sensor. The external level sensor is positively and/or firmly connected to the additional temperature sensor and the heatable immersion section. The state includes a temperature of the galvanic bath and the dropping level of the galvanic bath below the nominal minimum level. The heatable immersion section comprises an immersion casing section (4) and a heating unit (5). The heating unit is arranged in the immersion casing section. The additional temperature sensor is thermally coupled to the immersion casing section and/or the heating unit. The additional temperature sensor is arranged in a metal tube. The metal tube is thermally or directly coupled to the immersion casing portion via a thermally conductive connection. The additional temperature sensor is formed as an internal temperature sensor. The internal temperature sensor is arranged in or coupled to the dipping casing section via the thermally conductive connection, is configured for detecting an internal temperature of the dipping casing section, and is thermally or directly coupled to the heating unit via the thermally conductive connection. The security switching unit triggers a signal for the warming device during the recognition of dropping level of the galvanic bath below the actual minimum level via the external level sensor.</p>
