The present invention relates to a cargo transferring apparatus designed to load or unload cargo to or from a loading space, and realized to enhance cargo loading or unloading efficiency by adjusting a height of an upper end part. According to the present invention, the cargo transferring apparatus comprises: a main frame fixed and installed on a dented recess formed to be dented downwards from the floor of a loading box with a loading space; a support frame supported on the main frame to be capable of being lifted and lowered upwards and downwards; a transferring part installed on the support frame, and transferring the cargo in a longitudinal direction of the dented recess; a transferring driving part including a driving motor for driving rotation of the transferring part; and a lifting and lowering part to lift and lower a lifting and lowering frame with respect to the main frame to making an upper end of the transferring part protrude upwards from the floor of the loading box or to position the upper end of the transferring part under the floor of the loading box. |
