<p>Disclosed is an elastic plastic floor. The elastic plastic floor is compounded by a wear resistant surface layer and a sheet material layer. The wear resistant surface layer is thermally laminated by using a wear resistant layer and a color streak layer. The sheet material layer is a PVC plastic or wood sheet material. A method for manufacturing the elastic plastic floor comprises the following steps: step A, shaping a sheet material, that is, placing the sheet material in a high-temperature oven for shaping; step B, cooling and shaping the sheet material treated in step A; and step C, performing heating by using glue and a glue roller, that is, coating, by using glue, the sheet material treated in step B and attaching the wear resistant surface layer, and performing roll extrusion and lamination. In the present invention, the wear resistant layer and the color streak layer of the floor are thermally bonded into a surface layer by using a roll extrusion technology, and then the surface layer is directly bonded to the sheet material to be treated into a floor. The product is totally divided into three layers, and has the advantages of being simple and convenient in working procedures, water-proof and fire-proof, free of formaldehyde, simple in laying and mounting, good in sound insulation effect, clear in embossment effect, high in production efficiency, low in production energy consumption and the like.</p> |
