Provided is a method to control a game played by a plurality of users which comprises the steps of: generating a first event for at least two characters among the characters simultaneously played by a plurality of users during game play; and performing a competition mode whereby at least two characters compete with each other in accordance to the generation of the first event, wherein each of at least two characters played in the competition mode is given with a first positive game variable which is a game variable having a positive effect on the result of the game play. |
