The present invention relates to an articulated type device for arranging a small member using a universal joint, which has a structure where a wheel is mounted on a main frame and a switching magnetic unit mounted at the front side of the main frame winds, transfers, and arranges a heavy small member while the magnetism is turned on or off by the manipulation of an articulated switching handle. Therefore, the articulated type device can prevent muscular skeletal diseases of a worker, can reduce the degree of fatigue due to work, and can prevent disasters caused by overturn and dropping of the heavy member. |
