An apparatus for preventing scale formation according to the present invention comprises a sealing box blocking a pressed roll from the outside; and sealing units respectively arranged on the entrance and the exit where a material passes in the sealing box, and having self-oxidization-induced sealing rolls. According to the present invention, the apparatus has inert gas filled within the sealing box, and curtain-injects the gas into the entrance and the exit, and has the sealing unit having self-oxidization-induced sealing rolls on the entrance and the exit of the sealing box to prevent scale formation caused by oxidization of materials. According to the present invention, multiple sealing rolls successively rotate to pulverize scales on the materials, reverse-rotate to separate the scale, and rotate to guide the progress to remove pre-formed scales. |
