MONOLITHIC REFRACTORY STRUCTURE

This monolithic refractory structure is provided with: a monolithic refractory; a support body that supports the monolithic refractory; and a heat-resistant fiber support material embedded in the monolithic refractory, with said support material being connected to a support surface disposed on the support body. The heat-resistant fiber support material comprises a heat-resistant fiber rope that is formed by inorganic fibers, and extends in the X-axis direction, which is perpendicular to the support surface. The ratio (L1/L2) of the length (L1) of the heat-resistant fiber rope in the X-axis direction to the length (L2) of the monolithic refractory in the X-axis direction is 0.35 to 0.95.
