<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface-treated copper foil which adheres well to a resin and gives the resin excellent transparency after a removal of the copper foil by an etching removal and a laminate sheet using it.SOLUTION: The surface-treated copper foil is surface-treated on at least one side, and the root mean square height Rq of the treated surface is 0.14-0.63μm. The surface-treated copper foil has a specified shape in an observation point-brightness graphic chart. The observation point-brightness graphic chart is created by laminating the treated surface of the copper foil on both sides of a polyimide resin substrate, removing the copper foil on both sides by etching, laying a print printed with a line-shaped mark under the exposed polyimide substrate and photographing the print through the polyimide substrate with a CCD camera and measuring brightness at each of observation points along the direction perpendicular to the direction in which the observed line-shaped mark extends, in images obtained by the photographing.</p> |
