PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED module causing no color shift even when LED devices brought in a state of CSP are arranged in proximity to each other, and bright.SOLUTION: An LED module 10M includes a module board 10K and a plurality of LED devices 10a-10b mounted on the module board 10K. Each of the LED devices 10a-10b includes reflective layers 6a-6c on one side face of a fluorescent resin 5 coating an LED die 1. In the LED devices 10a-10b adjacent each other, the reflective layers 6a-6c and the fluorescent resin 5 face each other. Accordingly, light emission P2 of one of the LED devices 6a, 6b does not enter the other LED devices 6b, 6c, so that luminous color shift is not caused. In addition, loss due to radiation of the light emission P2 is small, so that the LED module 10M becomes bright. |
