The present invention relates to an X-ray device for the dentist. Radiation exposure and battery consumption are reduced by reducing radiation exposure time by using a high switching frequency of 100 khz or more. In this process, operation defects due to a transient high voltage and so on, are not generated. X-ray emitting time is easily controlled according to a type of teeth. Safety, accuracy, and convenience are improved. Small size and light weight are achieved. |
