Disclosed is an automatic washing and beverage injecting system for a beverage container and, more specifically, to an automatic washing and beverage injecting system for a beverage container, capable of automatically washing the inside of a beverage container which is partitioned to store two different kinds of beverages, and injecting beverages. The automatic washing and beverage injecting system for a beverage container according to the present invention is partitioned into a first body portion for storing a first beverage and a second body portion for storing a second beverage, and has a first side wall portion and a second side wall portion which are symmetrical to each other based on a cross-sectional central line. A neck portion is funneled to the top of the first and second body potions of the beverage container. The present invention includes a washing device for washing the beverage container and an injection device for filling up first and second beverages to the beverage container.
