The conditioning element comprises a perforated plate (1) comprising a front plate with a planar rear side and a base plate (4) with a front side, and a tube (3) connected to the base plate. The base plate is provided on the rear side of the front plate. The connection between the base plate and the tube is formed by ultrasonic welding or laser welding, and is present in the form of a weld seam (5) longitudinally extending along the tube. The tube has straight sections connected to other by curved portions. Each straight portion of the tube is connected to the base plate.
