PURPOSE: A seawater electrolyzing apparatus is provided to simply comprise an electrolytic cell by not requiring a separate scale removing tool by fundamentally preventing scale generated from a negative electrode during seawater electrolysis and to reduce goods purchasing cost which is required for electrolysis by not requiring cathode replacement. CONSTITUTION: A seawater electrolyzing apparatus comprises an electrolytic cell (1); a seawater line (2); a soft water cycle line (3): a soft water reservoir (4); and a soft water supply pump (5). The electrolytic cell is separates space by a film (11), and a positive electrode (12) is installed in one side of the film, and a negative electrode (13) is installed in the other side. The seawater line supplies and discharges seawater to the positive electrode space of the electrolytic cell. The soft water cycle line circulates and supplies soft water to the negative electrode space of the electrolytic cell.
