The present invention relates to a method for determining an optimal roll profile in order to achieve uniform pressure distribution between rolls. The method comprises a step (a) of calculating contact pressure by applying pressure to a roll among upper and lower rolls while the axis on both ends of the other roll is simply being supported; a step (b) of calculating contact pressure by applying pressure to a roll among the upper and lower rolls while the axis on both ends of the other roll is completely being fixed; a step (c) of multiplying a constantα, which is greater than or equal to 0 and is less than or equal to 1, by the contact pressure calculated in the step (a); a step (d) of multiplying a value, calculated by subtracting a constantα, which is greater than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 1, from 1, by the contact pressure calculated in the step (d); and a step (e) of calculating actual contact pressure by adding the value calculated in the step (c) and the value calculated in the step (d). Accordingly, a fixing condition of a roll is easily set in order to perform contact analysis for a board material passing between the upper and lower rolls. Therefore, the incidence of an error is significantly reduced. |
