The present invention relates to an apparatus for preparing instant cooking cereal to manufacture instant cooking cereal in mass to reduce cooking hours. To this end, the present invention includes: a cylindrical tank which has an openable inlet on the top thereof, an outlet with a valve on the bottom thereof, a cereal outlet on a wall, and a steamer which is spaced from the bottom and is filled with cereals; a steam supplying unit having a steam supplying pipe connected to the upper part of the tank to steam cereals; a hot-air drying unit having a hot-air supplying pipe connected to the upper unit of the tank to dry the steamed cereals; and a rotary scraper which is rotationally installed in the tank and scraps the dried cereals in a certain depth to discharge the cereals via the cereal outlet. |
