The present invention relates to a method for producing a natural veneer having a porous coating layer or perforation film on the surface exposing a natural texture and controlling moisture by attaching the porous coating layer and perforation film on the surface of natural veneer as air is circulated by the inner porosity of the natural veneer. Air circulation and a moisture control of existing natural veneer are not possible as a coating layer or film is attached on the entire surface. The purpose of the present invention to provide a product having a good quality capable of maximizing advantages of the natural veneer by forming the porous coating layer and perforation film on the surface of the natural veneer. The present invention relates to the method for producing the natural veneer having the porous coating layer or perforation film on the surface characterized by being manufactured by compressing the perforation film of a perforation film roll on the surface of the natural veneer of a natural veneer roll and bonding the surfaces of the perforation film and the natural veneer with an adhesive; and by attaching perforation paper on the surface of the natural veneer of the natural veneer, coating the perforation paper with coating liquid, penetrating the coating liquid, which remains inside holes of the perforation paper, into the inside the natural veneer, and drying the coating liquid with heat. |
