PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire-resisting joint material 1 having sufficient water-tightness and fire-resisting/flame-shielding properties, and a fire-resisting and watertight structure 2 for an outer wall joint. SOLUTION: The fire-resisting joint material 1 includes an elastic seal portion 10 formed in a width larger than that of a vertical joint between outer wall panels 3; a fire-resisting portion 8 formed on the indoor side of the seal portion 10 in a strip shape having a width larger than that of the vertical joint, the fireproof portion containing a thermally expansible refractory material; and a projection 9 formed on the indoor side of the fire-resisting portion 8 of a resin harder than the seal portion 10.
