<p>Disclosed are a touch panel sensor which can simplify a structure and a manufacturing process and enhance reliability and a manufacturing method thereof. The manufacturing method of the touch panel sensor, which forms an electrode pattern on an insulation substrate by using a metal fiber solution, includes the steps of: forming a base layer with an affinity pattern surface having an affinity with the metal fiber solution and a resilient pattern surface having a non-affinity against the metal fiber solution on the insulation substrate; and forming the electrode pattern by using the metal fiber solution on the affinity pattern surface.</p> |
